Clogged Drain Services
Clogged drain services are most needed when a clogged drain has developed in your plumbing pipes, drain-pipes, or any other plumbing components, and only water can no longer run freely into your drainage system. If you suspect that it might be a clogged drain then you should contact a professional plumber as soon as possible for clogged drain services within your city. Although, the pipes might be old they might not be the source of the clog. If the pipes are new they could develop a clog any time after they were laid.

New pipes are much less likely to develop clogs compared to those that have been around for a while. However, it’s still important to have a plumber look over the pipes once they are installed to ensure they are properly laid and aren’t leaking. When it comes to older plumbing systems there is an even greater chance that a clog might develop in those pipes because those pipes are usually laid using mortar. Unlike newer systems that use copper drain piping, older plumbing systems cannot be completely sealed against the presence of grease, oils, or fats because of the natural tendency of these materials to adhere to the sides of pipes.

A simple solution to this problem is to have the pipes removed from your house and replaced with new PVC pipe with an open connection from the drain to the sink or sewer. Once this plumbing change has been completed, it will be much more difficult for any clogging to occur in the same place because the open connection will make it easier for the grease, oil, or fat to run off into a new place where it won’t be attached to plumbing. It’s also extremely important to have your plumbing inspected for clogs on a regular basis. In fact, you should schedule a plumbing inspection for at least once a year if not more often.

Inspecting your plumbing for clogs is really easy, especially if you have a high-pressure toilet which is designed to flush at very high temperatures. All you need to do is unscrew the head on the toilet, remove the trap, and check the level of the water inside of it. If you find that there is any sign of a clog in the trap then you should immediately replace the trap with a new one so you don’t end up wasting money on a new toilet just because you had a clogged drain in it. Clogged drains cost money to fix, so it’s better to prevent them than it is to repair them when they go bad.
